Players should wear appropriate baseball attire and bring a glove if they have one. They may also bring their own bat and helmet. All equipment should be labeled with the player's name.

Any required documentation that we do not have on file should be turned in at the assessments (copy of birth certificate, uniform form, medical release, code of conduct form).
